Holistic Therapy for Personal Growth and Well-Being
My work as a therapist is dedicated to providing a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy, aiming to help my clients beyond simply relieving symptoms to empower them to achieve their goals and dreams. I apply elements of creative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and reality therapy to provide a tailored approach to each individual based on their needs. In particular, I have a particular clinical interest in anxiety and panic disorders, depression, personal growth and self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

As a therapist, I take great joy in being able to accompany people on their healing journeys, providing a safe space for them to feel empowered to make the changes they seek in order to make their dreams and goals a reality. Therapy can offer a solution to long-standing issues as well as a place to learn new skills for resilience and personal growth.
